Returns Policy

Refurbished Collars:

Warranty does not cover general wear and tear, impact damage and/or cuts and bites from pigs/dogs etc.

Warranty related issues need to be addressed within Warranty period (12 months from date of purchase) -no exceptions.

Other Shop Items

New straps, aerials, clothing and other new shop items may be returned within 30 days if in new, unused condition.

Delivery Times

Online Orders:

We will process your online shop order within 3 businesses days following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery within NZ.


The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

  • contact information
  • interactions with us
  • billing or purchase information

We collect your personal information in order to:

  • contact you regarding your enquiry or purchase

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter contact information, we'll be unable to respond.
